Christopher Alexander Saunders v (1) Robert Burkett (2) Victoria Burkett (Boundary dispute : Determining exact line of boundary) [2018] UKFTT 448 (PC) (11 July 2018)
[2018] UKFTT 448 (PC). Determined boundary application. Parties were in agreement over most of the boundary, but not the area at the front of the properties which had been marked by a line of beech trees removed by Respondent. On facts held that the line followed a straight line from the remainder of the boundary. This was not either party's case, although the effect was to give Applicant a little more land than he had argued for.
