[2018] UKFTT 442 (PC). A boundary dispute arising when long-disused land was sold and developed. As applied for a determined boundary along the line on the OS map, which they admitted was not the historical boundary and their application therefore failed. They also applied for the registration of a right of way to the highway through a gate and across the neighbour-™s land, which succeeded as to access on foot only.
