Decision notes [2018] UKFTT 609 (PC). Application to register bankruptcy restriction on title the bankrupt owned jointly with her husband and which they had placed in trust for themselves and their daughter. Bankrupt argued she had no interest in the property. One trust deed executed by the bankrupt and another by her husband of uncertain effect; held that,putting the bankrupt's case at its highest she had at least a life interest in the property. Application therefore given effect to.
