Decision notes | [2019] UKFTT 722 (PC). Application for a restriction on the grounds that the property bough in the Respondent's sole name in 1986 was held on a constructive or resulting trust. He claimed that he had contributed to the deposit, and the costs of repairs, and it was the parties intention that the property would be let out to tenants. HELD on the facts that application succeeded. |
