Summary: The complainant asked Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (-the Trust-) for a considerable amount of information about his own whistle blowing case and the circumstances that led to his allegations. He asked for a mixture of his personal data and third party personal data. The Trust provided the complainant with some of his own personal data under the Data Protection Act.
