Summary: The complainant asked Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (-�the Trust-�) for a considerable amount of information about his own whistle blowing case and the circumstances that led to his allegations. He asked for a mixture of his personal data and third party personal data. The Trust provided the complainant with some of his own personal data under the Data Protection Act. The complainant asked the Commissioner to issue a Decision Notice about the procedural issues that led to this case becoming protracted. The Commissioner finds that the Trust breached sections 10(1), 17(1) and 17(1)(c) of the Act. However, he requires no remedial steps to be taken in this case.
