Summary: The complainant has requested any communications between the University of East Anglia (UEA) and Norfolk Police that resulted in Norfolk Police being given the names of people who made FOI requests to the university. UEA said that the requested information was not held. The Commissioner-™s decision is that UEA correctly said that the requested information was not held under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
