Milford Haven Port Authority (Decision Notice) [2013] UKICO FER0459466 (17 June 2013)

Summary: The complainant requested any environmental information contained in Milford Haven Port Authority-™s (MHPA-™s) Board minutes taking place on or after 1 January 2011. MHPA provided redacted copies of the minutes but refused to provide all relevant information originally citing regulation 12(4)(e) of the EIR and subsequently also relying on regulations 12(5)(e) and 12(5)(a). The Commissioner-™s decision is that MHPA has correctly relied on regulations 12(5)(e), 12(4)(e) and 12(5)(a) to withhold the information. The Commissioner requires no steps.
