10 March 2016, Education (University)
The complainant has requested information from Queen Mary University of London (the ‘University’) copies of all correspondence sent and/or received by the University from a named individual since a specific date. The Commissioner’s decision is that the University has correctly applied the exemption for personal data at section 40(2) of the FOIA. Therefore the Commissioner does not require the University to take any steps.
