The complainant has requested information relating to an audit of TalkTalk. The ICO refused to disclose the requested information under section 31(1)(g) with subsection (2)(a) and (c) and section 40(2) FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the ICO has correctly applied section 31(1)(g) with subsection 2(c) and section 40(2) FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
