The complainant has requested information relating to a contract between East Cheshire NHS Trust and Parking Eye. The Trust provided the complainant with some of the information requested but refused to provide some information under section 40(2), 41 and 43(2) FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust has correctly applied section 40(2), 41 and 43(2) FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
