The complainant has requested information relating to a particular complaint submitted to Transport for London (TfL). TfL has withheld the information under section 40(2) of the FOIA as it says it is the personal data of a third person. The Commissioner’s decision is that TfL has correctly applied section 40(2) to the information it is withholding. The Commissioner does not require TfL to take any steps.
FOI 40: Not upheld
