Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley

The complainant has requested from the Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley (‘the PCC’), information about the Police and Crime Commissioner’s job. The PCC disclosed some information but refused part of the request on the grounds that it was not a valid request for recorded information under section 8 of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the PCC was entitled to rely on section 8(1)(c) of FOIA to refuse the request. The Commissioner requires no steps as a result of this decision.
