Shrewsbury Town Council provided website links to the information it held which was readily accessible to the complainant and clarified which information was not held. The Commissioner’s decision is that on the balance of probabilities Shrewsbury Town Council does not hold any further information and therefore it complied with Section 1(1)(a) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take and steps.
