Maritime and Coastguard Agency

The complainant has asked the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (the MCA) for information relating to distress calls made from the English Channel. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the MCA holds no further recorded information relevant to the complainant’s request and has complied with section 1(1) of FOIA.
