The complainant has requested correspondence relating to the resignations of named Parish Councillors. East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) provided some information, but withheld the rest on the basis of section 31(1)(g) (prejudice to law enforcement) of FOIA.The Commissioner's decision is that ELDC was entitled to rely on section 31(1)(g) in relation to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
