The complainant has requested correspondence between NHSBSA and the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and other NHS bodies on the removal and subsequent reinstatement of co-proxamol from the Drug Tariff. NHSBSA disclosed emails with names and email addresses withheld under section 40(2) but stated no further information was held. The Commissioner's decision is that NHSBSA was entitled to withhold the names and email addresses of staff under section 40(2) of FOIA. He finds that, on the balance of probabilities, NHSBSA does not hold any further information falling within the scope of the request.
