The complainant has requested information about investigations into officers who had allegedly committed criminal offences. Avon and Somerset Police ("ASP") advised it did not hold the requested information. The Commissioner's decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, ASP conducted adequate searches for the requested information and no information within the scope of the request is held. The Commissioner also finds that ASP breached section 10(1) by failing to respond to the request within 20 working days. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
