The complainant has requested information relating to a named social worker in the employ of Bath & North East Somerset Council (the Council). The request was refused under section 40(2) (personal information) of FOIA. The Commissioner's decision is that the Council was correct to apply section 40(2) of FOIA to withhold the information falling within points one to five of the request. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
