The complainant requested information relating to a landslip on the A29 in Pulborough which caused the road to be closed. West Sussex County Council ("the council"), refused the request on the basis that Regulation 12(4)(b) applies (manifestly unreasonable request). The Commissioner's decision is that the council was able to apply Regulation 12(4)(b) to refuse to respond to the request. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
