The complainant requested information from Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council ("the Council") about the re-numbering of specific properties. 2. The Commissioner's decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold any further information within the scope of the complainant's request. 3. The Commissioner also finds that the Council has breached sections 1 and 10 of FOIA as it did not provide a response to the complainant's original request within 20 working days. 4. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
