The complainant requested information relating to media statements. Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (the "Council") confirmed that it did not hold the information. During the Commissioner's investigation the Council disclosed information to the complainant. The Commissioner's decision is that the Council disclosed all the relevant information held at the time of the request and complied with section 1(1) but that it failed to do this in time and breached section 10(1). The Commissioner does not require further steps.
