The complainant requested information regarding correspondence between Lord Waheed Alli and the Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner. Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) stated that no information was held in scope of the request. The Commissioner's decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the MHCLG did not hold any information in scope of the request and has complied with section 1(1)(a) of FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
