After the complainant complained to the Commissioner, he asked the public authority to respond to this request within 10 working days. While the response was sent to the complainant in this timeframe, the response was not received by the Commissioner until after the decision notice was served. The step set out in the decision notice for the public authority is therefore no longer required by the Commissioner.
