Summary
Olympus had filed an appeal with the Appointed Person but subsequently filed an appeal to the High Court (for which an extension of time had been sought and granted). However Olympus had not formally withdrawn its appeal to the Appointed Person.
The Appointed Person therefore gave a formal direction to Olympus that they should within 7 days notify all parties of their intention in the matter.
