TC v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (JSA) (Residence and presence conditions - habitual residence) [2017] UKUT 222 (AAC) (24 May 2017)
The words "living in" in regulation 85A(2)(a) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996, as amended, are to be given a broad interpretation. AEKM v Department for Communities (JSA) [2016] NICom 80 followed and applied.
