The Cabinet Office v The Information Commissioner (Information rights) [2017] UKUT 229 (AAC) (19 May 2017)
The DECISION of the Upper Tribunal is to dismiss the appeal. The decision of the First-tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber) dated 22 July 2015 did not involve an error on a point of law. The appeal is therefore dismissed. This decision is given under section 11 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
