Special educational needs - whether Tribunal unlawfully ordered a placement at an Autism Spectrum Disorder special school when nothing in section F suggested or provided that child required such a placement - whether sufficient reasons given for placement - whether burden lay on parent to show that independent maintained school was suitable - whether Tribunal should have adjourned for further evidence - whether costs of placement such that the difference in the costs between the placements meant that child’s parent bound to lose.
