First-tier Tribunal (FTT) struck out Freedom of Information Act requester's appeal on application by Information Commissioner for want of jurisdiction and in the alternative as having no reasonable prospects of success - FTT made strike out decision without holding an oral hearing and overlooking Appellant's reference to his being dyslexic and wanting an oral hearing - FTT's failure to take into account Appellant's dyslexia not material to outcome of case - Appeal to Upper Tribunal dismissed.
