MSB v Disclosure and Barring Service [2024] UKUT 61 (AAC). (27 February 2024)

Appeal allowed on mistakes in findings of fact, leaving only an isolated finding of a failure to report to the regulator from a decade before Disclosure and Barring Service's decision. The tribunal decided it would be irrational to include her in the barred lists on those findings and directed that she be removed.
