OFFSHORE INSTALLATIONS

The Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971 (Commencement) Order 1972

21st April 1972

The Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 14(2) of the Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") hereby makes the following Order:-

1. This Order may be cited as the Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971 (Commencement) Order 1972.

2. All the provisions of the Act other than sections 4 and 5 shall come into force on 1st May 1972 and sections 4 and 5 of the Act shall come into force on 31st August 1972.
