In exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 4(2) of the Licensing (Retail Sales) Act 1988(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Retail Sales) Act 1988 (Commencement) Order 1988.
2. The Licensing (Retail Sales) Act 1988 shall come into force on 1st November 1988.
