The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 101 and 103(6) of the Local Government Act 1985(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1985 (Thames Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1990, and shall come into force on 12th September 1990.
2. The Local Government Act 1985 (Thames Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986(2) is hereby revoked.
In witness whereof the Official Seal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed on 18th August 1990.

This Order, made under the Local Government Act 1985, revokes the Local Government Act 1985 (Thames Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986, which is now superseded by the Thames Regional Flood Defence Committee Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/1712).
1985 c. 51. The definition of "appropriate Minister", contained in section 270(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 (c. 70), applies by virtue of section 105(2) of the Local Government Act 1985.
