The Secretary of State for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(5) of the Ministry of Defence Police Act 1987(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:-
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Ministry of Defence Police (Police Committee) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st May 1995.
2. The Ministry of Defence Police (Police Committee) Regulations 1988(2) are hereby revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Ministry of Defence Police (Police Committee) Regulations 1988, which provided for the membership of the Ministry of Defence Police Committee.
