ROAD TRAFFIC

The A10 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1999 Experimental Variation Order 2000

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order-

Commencement and citation

1. This Order may be cited as The A10 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1999 Experimental Variation Order 2000, and shall come into force on 4th May 2000.

Variations

2. The A10 Trunk Road (Haringey) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1999(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

3. In the table in schedule 2B, items 7 and 8 are substituted as follows-

"14. Bruce Grove (A10) (north east side) between a point 1.5 metres north west of the south eastern flank wall of No. 109 Bruce Grove and a point 1.5 metres south east of the north western flank wall of No. 110 Bruce Grove."

"21. Bruce Grove (A10) (south west side) between a point 15.0 metres north west of the north western kerb line of Woodside Gardens (south western arm) and a point 10.0 metres south east of the south eastern kerb line of Woodside Gardens (south western arm)."
