NORTHERN IRELAND

CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

The Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003

  Made 10th October 2003 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12(2) of the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003[1], hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003.

     2. Section 1 of the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 shall come into force on 13th October 2003.
