The Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 3) Order 2005

  Made 12th October 2005 
  Coming into force in accordance with article 2

At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 12th day of October 2005

Present,

The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the Education Act 2005[1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 3) Order 2005.

     2. The persons named in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order are hereby appointed Her Majesty's Inspectors of Schools in England with effect from 13th October 2005. The person named in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order is appointed Her Majesty's Inspector of Schools in England with effect from 1st January 2006.
