The Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No.15) Order 2006

  Made 19th December 2006 

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 336(3) and (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003[1]:

Citation and interpretation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No.15) Order 2006.

2. The following provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 come into force on 8th January 2007—
