Abstract


Dr. Edmon Makarim examines Law No. 11 of 2008 Concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, and Government Regulation No. 82 of 2012, together dealing with the probative value of electronic data, which is classified as the best evidence for the purpose of legal proceedings.
