The proposed acquisition whereby Applegreen plc, through its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Petrogas Group Limited, would acquire sole control of certain assets comprising a retail service station located at Killarney Road, Macroom, Co. Cork has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
