AN ACT TO ENABLE THE MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE AND FOOD TO SELL AND OTHERWISE DEAL WITH LANDS VESTED IN THE MINISTER BY THE NATIONAL STUD ACT, 1945 , AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO AMEND THAT ACT AND THE STATE PROPERTY ACT, 1954 , AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS. |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

| Amendment of National Stud Act, 1945 . |
1.—The National Stud Act, 1945 , is hereby amended by the repeal of section 7. |
|||||
| Amendment of State Property Act, 1954 . |
2.—The State Property Act, 1954 , is hereby amended in the First Schedule by the repeal of paragraph 5. |
|||||
| Short title. |
3.—This Act may be cited as the State Property Act, 1998 . |
