Extension of the Education Action Zone

The Barnsley Education Action Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 1st September 2001.
Variation of the Barnsley Education Action Zone Order 1998
4.
There shall be inserted after article 9 of the Barnsley Education Action Zone Order 1998 the following article -

- (1) The Barnsley Education Action Zone Order 1998[3] is varied as follows:
(2) In Schedule 1 the following words are deleted: "Barnsley and Doncaster TEC", "Bull Information Systems Limited", "Barnsley and District NHS Trust", "British Telecommunications plc"; "Link Training", "Bretton College", "Sheffield University", "Sheffield Hallam University", "Voluntary Action Barnsley", "South Yorkshire Probation", "Barnsley Crime Prevention Partnership", "The Princes Trust", "Community Partnerships", "Workers Educational Association", "Barnsley Football Club".
(3) In Schedule 1 the words "Barnsley Health Action Zone" and "Barnsley Learning Skills Council" are added after the words "Construction Industry Training Board".
(4) In Schedule 2 after the words "Cudworth Pontefract Road Primary School", is inserted "Edmonds Primary School", and after "Grange Gate Junior School" is inserted, "Greenacre School".
(5) In Schedule 2 the words "Priory School" are deleted and substituted with, "Priory School and Sports College".
(6) In Schedule 2 the words, "Birkwood Primary School", "Crevesford School", "Worsborough Lobwood Primary School", "Pontefract Road Junior and Infant School", and "Worsborough Dale Nursery School" are deleted.
