The M11 London-Cambridge Motorway (Redbridge-Stump Cross Section) Scheme 1970 (Revocation) Scheme 2001 Revocation Scheme 2004

  Made 20th February 2004 
  Coming into force 15th March 2004 

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this scheme in exercise of powers conferred by sections 16, 17, 19 and 326 of the Highways Act 1980[1] and now vested in him[2], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:

     1. This scheme may be cited as the M11 London-Cambridge Motorway (Redbridge-Stump Cross Section) Scheme 1970 (Revocation) Scheme 2001 Revocation Scheme 2004 and shall come into force on 15th March 2004.

    
2. The M11 London-Cambridge Motorway (Redbridge-Stump Cross Section) Scheme 1970 (Revocation) Scheme 2001[3] is hereby revoked.
